Submit your home video or short film to compete to be in the top 10 films to be broadcast on InCity TV (Channel 6) next month. Video to be 5 minutes max and in the one of the following digital formats: WMV/AVI/MOV/MPEG.
Video must be ‘G’ rated otherwise it will not qualify to be in the festival.
